Woman Drinks Gallon Of Water Every Day For Four Weeks And The Final Picture Results Are Shocking!
Sufficient daily water intake is vital for virtually every function within our bodies yet fewer than one in five of us drinks enough. Read on to see the results of this experiment.
Sarah Smith is a 42 year old mother of two young kids in the UK. She, like many others, openly admitted to not drinking the recommended 2 to 3 liters of water daily. She suffered from poor and sluggish indigestion and regular headaches. Following consultations with medical professionals for both issues she decided to take heed of the advice given – in both cases she had been told that she needed to up her intake of water. She decided to document and photograph what happened in a self imposed experiment whereby she would drink 3 liters, just over 5 pints, of water per day, every day for an entire month and see if she could feel any benefits.
At the outset Sarah took a long hard look at her face noting that “I am 42, but have to admit I look more like 52 in this picture, which is shocking. There are dark shadows under and around my eyes, which make me look exhausted, a profusion of wrinkles and strange reddish blotches, and my skin lacks any lustre. It looks dead….even my lips look shrivelled.” She spread the water out during the day aiming to drink a big jug of water in the morning, another in the afternoon with a third in the evening.
At the end of the FIRST WEEK she had already noticed that her bowel function was improved and her urine was virtually clear as the water was flushing out her previously dehydrated poorly functioning kidneys. She noticed sudden skin breakouts, which were a result of the toxins being eliminated from throughout her body. However her headaches were already gone and her previous joint stiffness first thing in the morning was vastly improved. Water is vital for lubricating the joints.
WEEK TWO saw an improvement in her skin tone and general complexion although she noted that her eyes were still wrinkled but said “they look less crepey and shadowy than before”. She also had a visibly flatter stomach and her smart husband paid her the ultimate compliment by noting that her cellulite had vanished! Significantly she had another week headache free.
On to WEEK THREE when Sarah was happy to find that her eye wrinkles and dark circles had all but disappeared and her skin was plumper and healthier looking. She noted that she was actually eating less by this stage as she had fallen into the common trap of reading signals from her stomach as being hunger pangs whereas they were actually thirst pangs. Research has shown that 37 per cent of people actually mistake thirst signals for hunger signals. The plentiful water had now stopped her from continually falling into that unhealthy trap.
So what about the end of WEEK FOUR? Sarah said “I genuinely can’t believe the difference in my face. I look like a different woman. The dark shadows around my eyes have all but disappeared and the blotches have gone. My skin is almost as dewy as it was when I was a child. The transformation is nothing short of remarkable.” She was leaner, fitter and nobody can deny the astonishing change to her appearance. The first contact where these gems and bacteria can be found are the Knobs, handles and switches.Make it a point of duty to walk around your home and wipe off doorknobs, cabinet handles, and light switches?
Once a week, give them a once-over using disinfecting wipes-and don't use the same wipe for more than a few places before grabbing a fresh one.
They can also be found in your Make up bags. Make up applicators are good host to microorganisms. the gems found there can cause body, skin and eye diseases which can be very dangerour to our living.
Wash your makeup applicators woth water and soap. Alcohol can also be good in washing our applicators.
Wet laundry left for even a short time can be a very good home to gems and bacteria.
Transfer clean clothes to the dryer immediately after they are done washing. If they do sit for more than 30 minutes, run them through the cycle again.
If you use a laundry mat or a shared laundry facility, clean the washer drum with a disinfecting wipe. And be sure to disinfect any surfaces you use to fold clothes.
The next place that is dirty in our homes is the Home Office and Electronics.
An office Desk has morethan 400 times bacteria than the toilet seat. This should not be surprising; the toilet is cleaned regularly. And remote controls, computer keyboards, phones, and iPods get touched way more than the toilet. shared by multiple family members and guests, yet they are cleaned less often.
Toilet, Bathtub/shower, and Sink are all involved in this discussion.
They should be washed and cleaned regularly. Use an old toothbrush to clean around drains and faucets. Pay special attention to the floor area around the toilet and the little cup that holds your toothbrush. Note: Don't forget to clean the flush handle on the toilet.

Can Vitamin D Give You a Boost in the Bedroom?
Those with severe erectile dysfunction (ED) had significantly lower vitamin D levels than those with mild ED.
Just when it seems the benefits-of-vitamin-D literature has topped out, Italian researchers have found yet another area where the vitamin/hormone may help out: the bedroom.
In a study of 143 men, Alessandra Barassi, MD, of University of Milan in Italy, and her colleagues found that those with severe erectile dysfunction (ED) had significantly lower vitamin D levels than those with mild ED, and that deficiency was worse in those with arteriogenic ED than in non-arteriogenic ED.
When they used penile echo-color-Doppler to assess vascular quality, the arteriogenic form of the disease was more common in men with vitamin D deficiency than in those who had levels of at least 20 ng/dL.
Reporting in theJournal of Sexual Medicine, Barassi and colleagues wrote that low levels of vitamin D "might increase the ED risk
by promoting endothelial dysfunction" and that since low levels of
vitamin D are common in all ED patients -- not just those with
arteriogenic disease -- it "may be involved in the mechanism that
promotes endothelial dysfunction causing ED."
They recommended routine measurement of vitamin D in ED patients, "with replacement therapy as required."

Never Slice a Watermelon the 'Normal' Way Again
You know the trick to evenly chopping an onion, which calls for carefully slicing it in different directions? Slightly tweaked, the technique works wonderfully with watermelon, too.

It is not complete to discuss the topic oily skin care without first understanding the cause behind oily skin.Oily skin is caused by excessive secretion of sebum (an oily substance that is naturally produced by skin).As the saying goes, excess of everything is bad, it is also true that excess of this excess Sebun secretion is also bad to the body. This leads to clogging of skin pores, which results to accumulation of dead cells that causes formation of pimples/acne.. 'Oily Skin care' start with the use of a cleanser but not all cleanser works. The ideal cleanser to use must contain salicylic acid i.e a beta-hydroxy acid that retards the rate of sebum production. Cleansing should be performed at least twice daily and even more during hot and humid conditions.
One has to be careful in selecting suitable "oily skin care" products for their skin as some of these products oil-free. Check the ingredients of the product before you purchase it. Some products may be marked as ‘suitable for all skin types’, instead of ‘oily skin care product’. ‘Oily skin care’ is also dependent on the degree of oiliness, if you aren’t too oily, so some of these ‘suitable for all’- type of products might be work for you too.
In the case of extremely oily skin, only oily skin care products are suitable. Your oily skin care routine can include an alcohol based toner (for an extremely oily skin). This can be the second step in your oily skin care routine i.e. just after cleansing. But be careful as excessive toning can harm your skin!
In addition, your oily skin care routine can include a mild moisturiser. Again, the degree of oiliness of your skin will determine whether you need to include this in your oily skin care routine. If you do decide to include a moisturiser, be sure to use one that is oil-free, wax-free and lipid-free.

Your first trimester

What is piles (Hemorrhoids)?
Piles is Dilatation of radicles of rectal veins within the anal
canal.The medical term for piles is hemorrhoids. When arteries veins are weak due to thin walls and hence any backpressure in the veins can make them tortuous.There are three rectal veins namely superior, middle and inferior rectal veins.Any obstructions or increase of pressure in these veins can predispose piles.Depending upon the situation there are two types of piles.

Some times internal and external piles occure in same individual.
Factors responsible for piles:--
1) This is a domestic disease.
2) Piles is seen only in animals that maintain an erect posture. This
is due to congestion in the rectal veins due to the effect of gravity.
3) It is common among individuals with chronic constipation.Those who
have a habit of visiting the toilet due to frequent urge for stool may
develop piles in future.
4) Piles is common in those who take excess of chicken, prawns, spicy food ect.Those who take vegetables and fibrous food are rarely affected.
5) Some ladies get piles during pregnancy due to compression of rectal veins by the uterus.
6) Cancerous lesions in the rectum can obstruct blood flow and result in piles.
Signs and symptoms of piles:--
1) Pain:-
Pain is common in external piles which will be worse while straining at stool.

Bleeding comes in splashes while pressing for stool.Bleeding may be profuse in some cases.

In external piles the swelling can be felt around the anal orifice.In case of internal piles initially it can not be felt.When the disease progresses the piles protrude during stool and will go inside automatically.When the condition becomes worse the protruded piles will not go back in to the anus.
4) In some cases there will be discharge of mucus with itching around the anal orifice.
Complications of piles:--
1,Infection: The infection can spread to deep veins resulting in septicaemia.
2,Fibrosis: Here the piles become fibrosed with hardening of anal orifice.
3,Thrombosis: Here the blood inside the piles will form clots and can obstruct blood flow.
4,Gangrene: Here the tissues in the piles and nearby skin die due to lack of blood supply.
5,Suppuration: When the piles suppurate it can produce abscess with discharge of pus.
Treatment of piles:--
In the early stage, it is treated on the basis of symptoms.Constipation should be treated.If there is anaemia iron should be give.Homoeopathic medicines can give good results. If medicinal treatment is not giving any result the following can be tried.
