Ayurvedic Herbs: treat high blood pressure (hypertension), High cholesterol and low sperm count
Although there are different definitions of Ayurveda, which is best defined as one of the old system, but more effective in the world of medicine and healthy living. The herb provides relief of irritability associated with PMS and is often used as a tonic reproduction for women. however, it also has the advantage of reproduction and increase the number of male sperm.
3. Gokshura / Gokhru: Tribulus terrestris, commonly known Gokshura or Gokhru, has been used for countless benefits for approx. 5000 years!
